Texte de loi relative au VIH. Articles pertinents prévoyant des sanctions pénales : Article 20 (rapports sexuels non protégés avec un partenaire non informé du statut sérologique); article 22 (transmettre volontairement des substances infectées par le VIH); article 26 (omission de prendre les précautions nécessaires pour protéger le partenaire). La loi prévoit aussi une obligation de divulguer sa séropositivité (article 7) et de s’abstenir d’avoir des rapports sexuels non protégés (article 10).

The working group called on the Justice Ministry to develop prosecutorial policies and guidelines. Governmental health authorities proved to be key allies in opening a dialogue with the Justice Ministry. Suggests that health authorities should play a central role in the development of prosecutorial policies and guidelines.
